Using Dragonfire Formations & Simulator (the "Service") means you accept these terms.

1. The Service is provided as is, free of charge.
2. It is unofficial and not authorized by Warner Bros./HBO or the game's publishers.
3. Results are estimates based on community contributions and may be inaccurate. You use the Service at your own risk; we do not guarantee in-game results.
4. The Service does not sell game content nor recommend purchases or spending (with real money or in-game resources). Any investment decision you make based on its results is exclusively your own and your responsibility.
5. Do not abuse the Service or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. The code, the calibrated simulation engine, the compiled databases and the texts of this site are proprietary work (© 2026, all rights reserved). Copying, redistribution, systematic scraping or building derivative services without written permission is prohibited. (The game's trademarks and characters belong to their owners and are not part of this work.)
7. Your roster is stored only in your browser (localStorage); it is never sent to any server. If you enable the optional cloud (☁️), it is additionally stored in Google Firebase under your account, and you can turn it off or delete that data anytime.
8. The Service may display third-party ads and links whose content we do not control.
9. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
10. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
